There’s learning accounting, and then, there’s gaining a deep understanding of the wider implications of accounting in a way that sets you apart for the positions you really want.
Joe DeVries, BS’18, MSA’19, discovered his passion for accounting after taking A100 (Basic Accounting Skills) with professor Diane Sturek. Finding his niche led to a master’s degree in accounting and, ultimately, a full-time auditing internship.
Rachel Ogden, BS’11, MSA’19, didn’t pursue accounting the first time around during her undergraduate studies, but she later used the Kelley Graduate Accounting Program to reignite her career.
This summer, Kelley students have had internships across the world – from Ireland, to Chile and right here at home in Indianapolis.
