Kelley Indianapolis Undergraduate Program
Idalene “Idie” Kesner, dean of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, has announced the next step in a broad initiative to creating thoughtful conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion.
“Systemic racism is a big, giant issue, and as a resident assistant, I can focus on my campus first: What can I do within my own community to help people learn about this issue? Collectively, we can all make an impact.”

In this program, teams were asked to prepare a product prototype and go-to-market plan to help address solutions to COVID-related problems or to find solutions that could create new opportunities.
